This top fits me super well and is very comfy but is a little too warm for the majority of my skiing. Thumb holes rock my world and should be on all base layers and most sweaters frankly. The hem does end up riding just a bit but I think that's normal of most skin tight tops and the arms are long enough but the thumb holes pull just a bit tighter than they should however it's not noticable to anyone. This top is better for night skiing or east coast skiing I think bc I could normally wear it with nothing but my shell and bib and still opened up my shell zipper most of the day. (I ski in Utah) Take my heat complaints with a grain of salt though bc I run hot and am sensitive to the heat.
